ITIL Foundation
Passed IT Service Management Foundations course (ITIL) today. It was a good exam following a two and a half day of studying ITIL concepts. Feeling better with a new certification after a long break; this certification brings lot of value to CGI Inc. and it can now write that so many of our members are certified in ITIL.
