Rajul days

This is the second time when this Yue Tonge restaurant got a yellow sticker from city of Toronto. Don't you get it. What is wrong with these guys who do not care to comply with city regulations. I really have hard time understanding these folks from China. They cook nice food but do not want to server it in hygienic conditions.
